Wastebuster (CIC) Ltd is looking for a Business and Operations Director to drive forward a young company who successfully delivers a diverse waste education programme to primary schools.
Wastebuster seeks a highly experienced professional to develop this small, dynamic social business and successfully expand its delivery capacity - on a national level. Key tasks will include development, fundraising, cross-sector partnership negotiations and contribution to the overall mission.
The successful applicant will manage all client delivery activities requiring excellent supervision, delegation and prioritisation skills. The candidate must also be able to design, improve and enforce processes to streamline these activities.
The Business and Operations Director must demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills in order to manage external relationships and provide effective communications to funders, partners and other key stakeholders.
The candidate must also have a strong drive, passion and commitment with a deep empathy for our mission to develop networks with organisations that can assist our work.
Experience of the education or environment sectors is essential.
